The usual and safer practice is to operate on one eye for cataract at a time. It is aimed to ensure that if anything went wrong then both your eyes are not affected together. Mr Raj pays utmost importance on safety; however, certain individual cirmustances may require further flexibility.
In some exceptional circumstances;however, both cataract surgery may be performed together (For example, very elderly and frail patients who can't come for surgery twice due to health reasons).
