1. Mr Raj is available for consultation on Thursdays (alternate) 9 am to 12 Noon @ West Midland Hospital, Colman Hill, Halesowen. With prior appointment only.
2. Mr Raj is available for consultation at Ashby Eye Clinic on Fridays.

3. Mr Raj is abailable for consultation on every Thursdays 2 pm - 4 pm @ BMI the Priory Hospital, Edgbaston, Birmingham. With prior appointment only.
4. Mr Raj is happy to offer private eye care (Laser, Consultation) @ Russells Hall Hospital as well (through CARE PLUS): For patients who does not qualify for NHS treatment and/or who wants to jump the NHS queue for clinic or laser procedures.

Consultation Fees: £200 (New appointments) & £150(Follow up appointments). Please provide enough notice if you can’t make to a pre-booked appointment as wasting an appointment may incur a charge of £100. Charges should be paid at consultation either by cash or cheque payable to ‘ AR MEDITECH LTD’
Please bring along your glasses and current medications/prescription and where possible a referral letter from your GP and please do not drive to your first appointment as your pupils would most likely require dilatation and you may not be able to drive for few hours.
